Jalousie Windows replacement and parts?

Does anyone know where I can find replacement parts for cheap or even free? I just found out what these windows are today and I have rented this place for almost 2 yrs. Thanks

1. Home depot has an isle for these windows...the handles, cranks, and gearbox etc. ..I dont know about cheap but parts are avaialble there..be prepared to buy a cheap rivet gun to install alot of these parts..
