I have just received my replacement printer, I am still having the same problem, can it be the cartridges?

It is blinking at the check print cartridge and color window. The screen says E at copies and the paper is loaded. This is the same problem I had last week and the tech said it was a hardware problem and sent me a new one.

Reload the printer drivers. It seems to be a software problem rather that hardware. Make sure that when you install drivers that the correct model printer is selected.

Well most likely its not related to the cartridge, but just in case yopu should go to best buy and have them do a free 5 minute diagnostic test. basiclly they hook it up like they do to cars to find out exaclty where th problem is. hope i was a help!
