They are all replacements ,Morris says that they have 50 yr limited guarantee, glass breakage protection as long as you own house, 50% less energy consumption. Anyone has hade experience with them?
Pella and Andersen have random tests - any unit can be pulled for testing and rating at any time.
I can't imagine this Morris window (never heard of it) having a better rating on any kind of testing than Andersen or Pella - it's just not going to happen.
The word L i m i t e d in a guarantee also is just that limited.

Regional window manufacturers are a dime a dozen. I have put in a lot of windows, Pella,Andersen,Crestline,Peachtree,
Marvin,Weather Shield. You can never go wrong with a quality window backed by not only a great warranty but by a great reputation. Pella and Andersen have their own techs who come out to resolve any problems you might have with their products, the others I mentioned probably also have that service. Stick with a good window - All these fly by night window companies have to do if they have a widespread problem with their windows is go out of business and start up again with a new name. They have done it many times.
Don't be fooled - a warranty or guarantee is only as good as the company is.
