Andersen Window Replacement- date stamp I cant read the full code on my window to have it replaced. Does?

anyone have Anderson double pane measuring 67 length x 43 1/2 wide approx. I could be off a few cm. The code stamped in corner is 16CC CBA 244 C? -86. Can't read the 3 after the C. Mine has the white exterior sash. Thanks so much I need to get it replaced ASAP.

Go to either Andersens web site and see if you can locate the part # for what you are looking for. Andersen also has a 800 number for their tech line, just not here with me. Try 1-800-555-1212 that is 1-800 information directory assistance. Andersen will be able to help with the parts you need but unless the window is under warranty you will be directed to a retailer and they will have to order the part for you.
