SF Bay Area double-pane window replacement?

How much is it for a typical installation of new double-pane windows to replace the old drafty ones? I live in a 30 yo condo and there's around 7 big windows, 3 small bathroom windows, and of course the patio door. Like everyone I want to save on my utility bills. Although I plan on doing this in the off season so for now a warm blanket and wearing warm clothes inside the house will do (I set the heater to 65 degrees and it'd almost keep blowing the whole day). Would appreciate people sharing their experiences, the company they use and the cost :) BTW I suppose these window companies would be able to adhere to my condo rules regarding windows.

1. Home Depot has great windows and they offer life time warranty on the glass. Watch out for crafty contractors that will install cheap ones and in a year or so the gas will leak out and you will get condonsation between the glass.
