- Asus C90 seems to be the most enthusiast friendly and powerful laptop. It's got a lot of upgrade options and also overclocking feature (unheard of in laptops). It is not a hardcore gaming machine or a good laptop on the go because of its weight. It is more for people who are knowledgeable w/ PC hardware and prefer to work on powerful platforms.
I like ASUS because it is a quality original design manufacturer (ODM). The other top makers are just system builders who buy their barebones from ODMs then just put in the processor, HDD, ODD, etc. and of course their expensive brand. Their forte is more in marketing/brand building.
