Does anyone have a story about this replacement window and siding company?

I had a bad experience with Jacks Wholesale Windows in Indiana. They have a two branches in Michigan too. Has anyone else experienced their high pressure sales tactics and/or poor customer service? If so tell us about it!

1. You should contact your local better business bureau. I would suggest you talk to a neighbor or nearby family member. Have them contact Jacks as a potential customer. When the sales person comes out, have them get you a list of references. Go to those customers and talk to them directly. It may be a lot more productive than Yahoo Answers.

   We just had our siding and windows replaced in Atlanta. We used the Siding Doctor. I could not be happier with the job they did unless they lowered the price or did the job free.
