What does "up to 62 U.I." means in an add for replacement windows?

I'm looking around trying to find out the best deal on vinyl replacement windows (double hung windows) and one add mentions "up to 62 U.I." and I cannot find out what it means. By the way, anybody out there got replacements windows and were satisfied with the quality and the price?

I believe U.I. is united inches. Width and height added together. 62 UI would be a window 36"x26". I had a screen shop at one time and I used united inches to price the screens.

First answer is correct on united inches.
I have installed many different types of windows, there are pros and cons to vinyl windows. I am not a fan of plastic windows, but suggest you get an installer with references and is licensed and insured. The installation is probably the most important for keeping out the elements and good operation of the windows.
Vinyl products are least expensive for a reason, they are not good quality. I recommend to my customers to purchase fiberglass composite or aluminum clad wood windows.
