Replacement window suppliers or dealers?

Does anyone know a company that will sell energy star rated, double paned low-e replacement window/patio doors directly to homeowners? Most sites only point to contractors who will charge nosebleed prices for something I can do myself. Thanks for your help.

2. Our local Home Depot & Lowes both carry double paned low-e windows with energy star ratings. The one with the tilt sash is $269.00 at HD. Hope this helps.

4. If your not in Oregon, go to Lowes or Home Depot. If your in Oregon, go to Jerry's Home Improvement Center in Eugene and Springfield. The Depots and Lowes suck in Oregon.
