- If you have a lowes close to you, i would go there.
Usually they are reasonably priced.
- Call your electric company to see if they offer a conservation program. If they do they will pay for a lot of it.I did for my home and the electric company paid for half of the cost.

- Lowes they are decently priced, but the quality is wonderful.
- See if you have a "Bargain Outlet" nearby. You can get windows cheaper there than probably anywhere else.
