1. About 2 hours labor in the shop. Which is around $175.00 give or take depending on your local shop labor rates. Plus about $50.00 bucks for the motor, which I see you already know.

You can get a Power Window motor from 1aauto.com for as low as $29., but most mechanics will not want to install a motor if you provide it, as the parts are where they make their bread and butter on repairs. It will take 1 1/2 to 2 hours labor for the removal and installation as most of them pull the whole regulator assembly in order to put it in a vise as it is spring loaded and if not clamped it unloads. In the door it is next to impossible to get the spring back into position to install the motor again.
