How do I install a video driver in Linux?

I am running Linux Mint 5 and need to install aftermarket video driver for replacement motherboard. Manufacturer has driver for Windows only. How do I install driver in Linux? Motherboard has "Embedded Mirage Graphics with 128MB share memory." Where would I find drivers for that? Or, since I have the CD-ROM that has the drivers (for Windows) can I install it from that somehow?
