How do I know which version (32 or 64 bit) of windows 7 RC1 to install?

I want to install windows 7 RC1 on my 2 laptops. One has vista business 32 bit and is a slower netbook type laptop 1.6 atom z530, 1gb ram, 120gb hard drive and the other laptop is a desktop replacement powerhouse 2.8 ghz, 4gb ram, and has 64 bit vista home premium. I downloaded both the 32 and 64 bit windows 7 RC1 and have serial keys for both. which should I install on which..and does it matter if i just install 64 bit on both or what... is 64 bit better and will it run smoother etc... thanks for the help

1. you would have to install the 32bit os on the 32bit laptop and the 64bit os to the 64 bit laptop you dont want to mix them up or it will not work. if you had an AMD proceser on one of them you could put ether one but i dont see that you have one.
