Is their any help for senior citizens for replacement windows?
My parents are 80 and 74 years young. Does anyone know of a program to help pay the cost of replacement windows? Thanks for looking.

- No program to pay for them per se but check to see if new ones Qualify as energy savings and a tax credit. Some areas have block grant money that they have allotted for forgivable loans to people who stay in their house 5 years after receiving the loan. They can also consider a reverse mortgage to pay for the windows.
- Yes, there is and it through the federal government. sometimes your local city hall can help you and guide you to the place you need to be.
- We have a place here called People Working Cooperatively. . . depending on you income they help tremendously !!!!! Check with Churches and other Seniors in your area. . . hope you get help !
- Yes. Depending on the state where they live, you may want to check out the local utilities company as they may have programs for seniors, elderly, handicapped, and medically challenged. Many offer programs to subsidize on heating and electricity bills. There may also be community programs that may help through state funded programs. Sometimes these programs and divisions have the funds because they are connected with state programs, but many state recipients don't own their own homes, and so there are funds to be used.
Good Luck
