1. You'll need to find an Anderson window dealer and give them the number off the window glass itself, to identify the type and model of window you have. There's probably some listed on the web, but I would try for a local dealer, as shipping these things could be tricky and possibly costly.


2. My experience with Andersen has been relatively positive although I do know some people who do not have flattering comments to say about them.
