  1. what id do is replace in at home but if you dont wish to do it just call three shops or three auto glass places to get a price easy

  2. Any auto windshield replacement place will be able to replace a side window as well. Since I don't know where you live, I can't suggest good places to contact. But, based on my experience (I just had to replace my window after a break-in... on Christmas Eve, no less!) you can probably expect to pay around $300 - $400 installed.

  3. You just need to call around to some auto glass shops and get quotes they will be able to tell you to the penny. My guess around 250 bucks. Do you have insurance. If you have a shop that works on your car and you can get one from a salvage yard you may get it done cheaper.

  4. call around and get quotes from shops for the labor they want if you supply the part yourself.

you do not want them to purchase the part as well. They will mark it up above what they pay for it themselves. If a shop is unwilling to install a part that you provide, find another shop.

also, window regulators are not that hard to install. usually takes me about 2 hours on a car I've never worked on before to figure out how to get the door panel off/on and get the regulator out/in.

I'd say $160 tops (figure $80/hr labor rate) plus whatever you pay for the regulator from the parts store. shop around parts stores as well. sometimes you can get good deals on ebay if you are willing to wait a little.
