replacement window co. in Cleveland?

can anyone tell me where i can find parts for windows installed by national energy construction company? east side window company that is now out of buisnes. need the litle locks that let you tilt window in for cleaning. not the actual lockfor the two paynes. they are located on the top of the lower payne. tried homedepot and lowes. thanks for any help.
