I tried to upgrade the computer to Windows Service Pack 2, but when it was doing a compatibility test, Replacement Logon Software came up, saying something like " This software is not compatible with Windows, Please uninstall." i found out the file was rtlgina.dll, a program which replaces the original microsoft log in screen. If I continue with the update, this file would be deleted but will it mess up my computer? Thanks
Before upgrading your system backup all your data. rtlgina.dll is a system registry file that helps to operate your system. And if the message shows that this software is not for your operating system then avoid to install .
