What SATA driver do I need for a DG33BUC motherboard?

I bought this as a replacement motherboard and now need to reinstall windows xp. If I try to load it up it says no drive found to install to basically, if I try to load up the AHCI drivers that I did find they all give me the blue screen of death. Not to mention there are 8-12 to choose from and they all seem to do the same thing. Any ideas? I'm about to part the thing out on ebay and buy a Dell or something.

  1. You should be able to put in windows xp install disc turn on computer and will install.

  2. You need to go to your product web-site

    http://www.intel.com/Products/Desktop/Motherboards/DG33BU/DG33BU-overview.htm

All your drivers are there. But, the drivers discs that came in your box should work.

Oh, did you change your hard drive lately? Some times you need to set your new hard drive to be either Slave or Master and then Windows will recognize the drive.
