Need help recovering vista?
My wifes HP computer is having issues loading up and i need to find a way to make a recovery CD without the ability to get on her computer or to do anything at all in fixing it. Do I need to call HP and get a replacement disc or what. Any info will help but her main problem with the comp is it will goto the splash screen, then say "Windows Loading Files...." then goto a new screen with the standard loading graphic then blue screen.
