1. Typically laptop screens can't be replaced, but you might be able to get it fixed by contacted your computer's manufacturer. They will either tell you how to order/install a new one, or tell you how to send it in for professional repair.

3. If you are refering to LCD screen is cracked, guess you will need to send to the service centre to get a new LCD.

   It's cheaper, faster and overall much smarter to purchase the screen and install it yourself. Another option is checking eBay, but make sure it's a NEW screen. The used ones may have damage to them.
