I have vinyl replacement windows and the seal on 2 or 3 of them have popped.?
How difficult is it to repair this myself (I'm pretty handy) and how do I do it?

- I can't help you with the repair, but just wanted to mention that many windows have a 20 year warranty on seal failures. I just received a new one free because of a seal failure. Ours has a 20 year warranty.
- It's not an easy fix for the average home owner, it's usually best to call a glass company to come out and replace the glass with the same size and shape, double pane, gas filled. And this is a lot cheaper than replacing the entire window.

- Check your warranty first. If it is not covered then you can replace the sashes.
- Use your finger or a wedge of wood to push the seal back into the frame, if it is tight pull the seal out and place in hot water to soften for 2-3 minutes, then feed back into frame.
My occupation is a professional glazier.
This will work for you.
