Can you make windows install other programs during fresh installation?

Ok, as dell had is denying the fact that they sent me a new hard drive Replacement with along a with the recovery partition on the harddrive well there is no winning, since i have all the CD's that are to reinstall all the programs manually is there anyway to get these programs to make a installation disc where all the programs install automatically during windows install, to help save time and have all the programs install along with windows install.

3. No, those other programs aren't a part of Windows operating system, there extras, and need to be installled after you instal windows.
