Summary: I welded the sleeve to the car body and loop by a series of small welds then eventually welded everything up I did a lot of measuring and this repair took several months to do and I ve set the window in place and it looked good but without installing it with the gasket I won t know for sure the car could become a rare 71 with a soft rear window In the last pictures
